The Emerald Array Space Marine Digital Files Are Going Out This Weekend!

Thank you everyone for the kind words on The Hidden Emperor. Pretty much all of the funds from this campaign have been put right back into art for next books in the series. Right now, we are at the tail end of The Emerald Array, our space marine epic that dovetails right out of the Into The Black novel you received from this campaign.
People are saying it's my best work yet, and everything they wanted out of a space marine book. I am closing out digital THIS WEEKEND and sending the files to backers, so it's a great time to get in on it right before we go to our print run for this book.
After this campaign is over, we are looking at perhaps doing something in my Aryshan War novelverse for a three book series, or, depending on timing, there might be 2 more campaigns coming up in The Terran Imperium: Battle Emperor and Ayla Rin Book 3: Gateway To Doom, both in progress right now with the art.
As always, I'll wait until line art is complete to launch a new campaign.
2025 is going to be great, and though Kickstarter still has me banned for petty poltiical reasons, we'll be building bigger and better than ever with our comics universe. Thanks so much for helping make this happen. None of these projects could be going forward without your awesome support.

After going back and forth with Kickstarter Support, I think I have this turned back on as a feature.
If you missed what happened - Kickstarter banned me shortly after we finished funding this project. I tried to talk to the head of comics, but he blocked me on X and refused to reply by email. They claim I'm in "violation of community guidelines" even though I make clean projects that are just solid comics -- and have a reputation for delivering!
They still won't tell me why I'm banned or what to do to simply make comic books, and I still cannot reply to messages, cannot reply to comments, or anything. I've sent out newsletter updates to you as a result, so hopefully, you've got those.
All books are delivered (For people who filled out Backerkit Surveys because, again, I cannot do anything with Kickstarter direct functions) except for orders for the leatherbound books, which are being handmade.
When I got banned, I launched my next campaign, The Emerald Array, early. Usually I wait until a book's done but I wanted to send a statement to Kickstarter. so far more than 300 of you have backed it -- this is the NEXT Terran Imperium book.
The Emerald Array follows Space Marines in the Terran Imperium spinning out of the Into The Black novel you got with this campaign into their own book. It's standalone, but there's some good continuity and easter eggs for people who follow.
That book is now almost done (needs 8 more pages of colors) and we'll be going into production and fulfillment next month. Don't miss it because it's a great book and you'll not want to miss it.
Can't Stop The Signal, Mal!

I have to admit I was really nervous after Kickstarter banned me. When The Hidden Emperor made over $51,000, being forced to change horses comes with a lot of question marks as to whether the backers and readers will also come over to a new platform like Fund My Comic. Well, you guys did, and our new book, The Emerald Array, is on track to do very well!
If you didn’t see the Kickstarter ban, I talked about it on my Substack here. It was a shocking situation because I’ve been a model creator on the platform, delivering more than 12 graphic novels in a timely fashion which the readers love. It’s why our Ayla Rin books have picked up so much traction with The Hidden Emperor.
The stats so far after 3 days of the Emerald Array is we’ve retained 90% of the backing we have from Kickstarter—which is a great sign because it shows people love this sci-fi universe and are loyal to the cause.
We’ve outdone ourselves on this book. Early readers tell me it’s everything they’ve ever been asking for from my comics: a full bad-ass male team, tons of action, a Jack Kirby 1970s-style aesthetic, and space marines! If you’ve not backed yet, join us today!
I know some are waiting for The Hidden Emperor to ship, which is understandable. As an update on that, files are with the printer, I went over the digital setup and approved it so we should be getting it going in the next couple of days.
Thank you so much for the support. I’ve adopted the mantra from Serenity, “Can’t stop the signal” for our movement because it’s poignant in the face of the relentless attempts to deplatform us that people have kept up—all because they don’t want me and my team to make a living making comics.
